 Na \u00faltima semana, o aplicativo de mensagens mais usado no mundo informou que deixar\u00e1 de funcionar em alguns modelos de smartphone, a decis\u00e3o vai afetar muitas marcas, at\u00e9 mesmo modelos da Apple.<\/p>\n

Caso voc\u00ea tenha um celular Android, aqueles com o sistema operacional 2.3.7 ou vers\u00e3o anterior ser\u00e3o afetados, se tiver um iPhone, aqueles com o iOS 7, tamb\u00e9m sofrer\u00e3o com a decis\u00e3o do WhatsApp.<\/p>\n

COMO FAZER PARA SABER<\/span> <\/p>\n

Para saber se seu aparelho Android est\u00e1 nesta lista, acesse o menu “Configura\u00e7\u00f5es”<\/span> de seu aparelho e procure a se\u00e7\u00e3o “Sobre o dispositivo” e depois “Info.software”, onde encontrar\u00e1 a vers\u00e3o do sistema operacional que est\u00e1 instalada. Se tiver um iPhone, procure a op\u00e7\u00e3o “Geral”<\/span> no menu “Ajustes” e clique em “Sobre” para verificar sua vers\u00e3o do iOS.<\/p>\n

Outros modelos tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o prejudicados pela empresa, como os que usam sistemas Android desatualizados, como o Samsung Galaxy S3, o Galaxy Nexus do Google ou o Sony Xperia S<\/span>. No caso do iPhone, ser\u00e3o afetados o iPhone 3G, 3GS ou iPhone 4<\/span>, o mesmo vale para o Nokia S40, Windows Phone<\/span> com sistema operacional 8.0 e Blackberry 10.<\/p>\n

O usu\u00e1rio poder\u00e1 atualizar o sistema, m\u00e1s esse recurso n\u00e3o ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel em todos os casos, alguns ter\u00e3o dificuldades para criar novas contas na plataforma, conseguindo apenas utilizar o aplicativo at\u00e9 fevereiro de 2020. Para o sistema operacional Windows Phone, o prazo final \u00e9 31 de dezembro de 2019, quando o aplicativo n\u00e3o estar\u00e1 mais dispon\u00edvel na loja online do Windows, a Microsoft Store, “e \u00e9 poss\u00edvel que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o esteja dispon\u00edvel a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2019 “, alertam os respons\u00e1veis pelo WhatsApp.
