Leon\u00eddio Paix\u00e3o Andrade Net<\/span>o<\/span>, 35 anos, morreu na madrugada deste domingo (14) ap\u00f3s espancar e estrangular a esposa Fabiana Van Suypene de Souza<\/span>  de 34 anos, na Rua Ariri, no Bairro Moreninhas II em Campo Grande. Para se defender, a mulher pegou uma faca de cozinha e atingiu a coxa esquerda do agressor.<\/p>\n

De acordo com informa\u00e7\u00f5es do boletim de ocorr\u00eancia, o caso aconteceu por volta das 3h da manh\u00e3<\/span> e foi presenciado pela filha do casal, de 6 anos<\/span>. A faca atingiu a veia femoral do agressor, que morreu antes da chegada do Samu (Servi\u00e7o de Atendimento M\u00f3vel de Urg\u00eancia).<\/p>\n

Abalada, a mulher prestou depoimento na Depac (Delegacia de Pronto Atendimento Comunit\u00e1rio) Piratininga na manh\u00e3 deste domingo (14), refor\u00e7ou que n\u00e3o tinha a inten\u00e7\u00e3o de matar o marido, apenas se defender j\u00e1 que estava perdendo o sentido.<\/p>\n

Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es do delegado plantonista, Jos\u00e9 Roberto de Oliveira J\u00fanior, o caso \u00e9 tratado como viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica<\/span>, sendo que o homic\u00eddio foi em decorr\u00eancia da legitima defesa<\/span> da mulher.<\/p>\n

\u201cHouve uma viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica, o sujeito que veio a \u00f3bito ele chegou na resid\u00eancia de madrugada e come\u00e7ou a agredir a esposa, puxou ela pelo cabelo, bateu a cabe\u00e7a dela na parede, quebrou o celular dela. Eu trato o fato como viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e em decorr\u00eancia da legitima defesa o agressor veio a \u00f3bito, por isso ela est\u00e1 sendo posta em liberdade e tamb\u00e9m pelo fato dela ter se apresentado espontaneamente e acionado o socorro\u201d, destacou.<\/p>\n
