O casal acusado de torturar e espancar o filho adotivo, de 8 anos<\/span>, em Londrina, demonstrava amor incondicional pela crian\u00e7a, adotada em outubro deste ano.<\/p>\n

Inclusive, quando fez um m\u00eas da ado\u00e7\u00e3o, a m\u00e3e adotiva postou a seguinte mensagem: \u201cHoje faz um m\u00eas que voc\u00ea est\u00e1 com a gente, um m\u00eas de amor inocente, amor sem medidas, um m\u00eas da melhor risada do mundo, do abra\u00e7o mais puro….\u201d<\/p>\n

O menino, de Mato Grosso do Sul, segue internado em estado grave e chegou ao Hospital Evang\u00e9lico com v\u00e1rios hematomas.<\/p>\n

Nesta segunda-feira (9), Israel e Sarah Zanoni, de 29 e 23 anos, respectivamente, prestaram depoimento e alegaram que o menino foi espancado, pois \u201cestava de birra\u201c.<\/p>\n

Eles tiveram a pris\u00e3o em flagrante convertida em preventiva ap\u00f3s audi\u00eancia de cust\u00f3dia, segundo o jornal 24 Horas.<\/p>\n

O advogado de defesa, M\u00e1rio C\u00e9sar de Carvalho Pinto, disse que vai revogar a pris\u00e3o, j\u00e1 que os dois s\u00e3o r\u00e9us prim\u00e1rios, t\u00eam emprego e resid\u00eancia fixa. \u201cEntendemos que houve um exagero, mas discordamos da tentativa de homic\u00eddio que a Pol\u00edcia Civil alega\u201d.<\/p>\n

A pris\u00e3o do casal tem validade de 90 dias, mas pode ser prorrogada.<\/p>\n
